MTK-120ABC Mask Boxing and Packaging Production Line

Description

The system consists of a fully automated box-filling machine, case opener, box stacker, case packer, and case sealer operating in a continuous line.

1: The box-filling machine connects to the mask packaging machine via a conveyor line at its front end;
2: Mask sorting, turning, sorting, acceleration, and buffering mechanism;
3: Two mask sorting and box-filling packaging lines connect to a single case packer;
4: Boxed masks are organized, stacked, and picked by the case packer into cartons;
5: Automated case opening, packing, and sealing, with final sealed cases discharged via logistics conveyor.

The entire mask packaging process requires no manual intervention. This automated cartoning and case packing production line is not only used for packaging disposable masks but also widely applied in industries such as electronic components, pharmaceuticals, food, daily chemicals, hardware, automotive parts, plastics, electronics, entertainment, toys, and household paper products for cartoning, case packing, and packaging.
