Description

This automatic mask tray folding and cartoning machine connects to an 8-head mask filling machine to achieve automated sorting and packaging. The sorting system can adjust the number of bags per carton as required, featuring counting systems for 5-piece, 6-piece, and 10-piece configurations. It performs fully automated functions including bag sorting, inner tray folding, tray filling, tray loading into cartons, and carton sealing.

Utilizing a snap-lock sealing mechanism, the line's packaging speed synchronizes with the upstream filler's output, achieving a maximum throughput of 50 boxes per minute.

Features

There are two types of horizontal automatic cartoning machines: box insertion type and glue spraying type.

The machine adopts a flat pushing method to feed materials. The packaging speed is within 10-80 boxes/minute, and the stable speed can be set according to product requirements; it has functions such as automatic box opening, box loading, and box sealing, and can also be equipped with automatic material sorting lines, labeling machines, case packing machines, etc. according to needs; it has strong compatibility, and the paper box can be adjusted freely within 50*25*15mm~300*300*260mm, which is easy to operate.
