Mask Cartoning Machine

Description

This cartoning machine has a packaging speed of 10–80 boxes per minute. It can handle both single-product and multi-product cartoning, such as automatic counting and cartoning of 10, 20, 30, 50, and 100 masks.

It is suitable for pre-packaging materials such as flat face masks, N95 masks, surgical masks, activated carbon masks, gauze masks, and dust masks, as well as for inserting instruction manuals or certificates of conformity into cardboard boxes.

Features

There are two types of horizontal automatic cartoning machines: box insertion type and glue spraying type.

Users can choose according to the sealing method of the product.

The machine adopts a flat pushing method to feed materials. The packaging speed is within 10-80 boxes/minute, and the stable speed can be set according to product requirements; it has functions such as automatic box opening, box loading, and box sealing, and can also be equipped with automatic material sorting lines, labeling machines, case packing machines, etc. according to needs; it has strong compatibility, and the paper box can be adjusted freely within 50*25*15mm~300*300*260mm, which is easy to operate.
